Payment and support data: Transaction metadata, invoices, communications, and support requests. Payment card details are handled by payment providers.

GALX uses information to provide and improve supported products, authenticate accounts, prevent abuse, measure usage, process payments, communicate with users, and meet legal obligations.

Retention depends on the type of information and the reason it was collected. GALX retains information only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes and applicable legal requirements.
